Are questions asked immediately visible to other participants?
No. Questions from your community are not visible until you decide how to respond.
If you choose to respond privately, the person who asked the question will receive their answer via email and neither their question or your answer will be visible to any other person.
If you choose to respond publicly, only when you respond will the question or your answer be visible to any other person.
What if a participant asks a question that has already been answered?
Participants can review all questions and answers at any time, however, you have the capacity to tag questions that fall within specific topics or themes. When you tag questions, participants can click on tags to reveal all questions and answers associated with the topic or themed tag.
