The Granicus digital engagement platform will support your goals, by:

  • Providing an engagement dashboard that allows for easy monitoring, analysis, and reporting across all project and consultation types.

  • Supporting the improvement of public trust through ongoing communications, engagement, and feedback.

  • Building a database of engaged residents and stakeholders that facilitates a trusted relationship with the City.

  • Providing all the tools necessary to perform a wide range of engagement activities, including discussion forums, brainstorming, storytelling, surveying, and mapping activities, that integrate seamlessly with the built-in reporting and analytics tools.

  • Creating an accessible user interface and supplying tools to make both the admin and participant journey through the consultation process a delight.

In 2007 Bang the Table built EngagementHQ (“EHQ”), because no matter how well-designed the off-line consultation process, inevitably it only reaches a small segment of a community. And, in 2021, Bang the Table joined the Granicus family as part of our mission to transform your customer experience with solutions to better connect, engage, and serve your residents.

Since 1999, we have continued to improve our civic engagement platform into the Granicus Government Experience Cloud (“GovX Cloud”).

The GovX Cloud digitizes residents’ end-to-end journey with government – as well as many of the backend workflows and processes that keep government running every day:

  • Agenda & Meeting Management: our capabilities here allow for virtualization and automation of the end-to-end meeting management process from pre-meeting through to publishing the minutes and action items.

  • Website & CMS: we offer custom, user-friendly websites, designed with your residents at the center.

  • Digital Forms & Services: we digitize services such as 311 requests, pet licenses, public records requests, and more – and then we automate the backend workflows to eliminate paper and ensure that residents can always check on the status of their transaction or request

  • Digital Communications & Feedback: we power direct, digital communications delivered across email, web, and text so you can reach your whole community – customers can promote their content to our existing network of over 280M Granicus subscribers

We also have products focused on digitization of permits, compliance, and licensing; automation and digitization of short-term rental management; and digitization of records and disclosure documents.

Our Granicus Experience Group support government across the full breadth of our capabilities.
